Bermuda

The trouble with living on an island is that we do not have enough competition in many of the service industries because there is not enough business for a couple of the same businesses to survive. It was like pulling teeth to get our pool fence installed around our pool here in Bermuda. We had a rough group of winds last year that caused some of the poles to bend on our pool safety fence. We contacted the company here in Bermuda that put it in and to no avail we could not get a response (go figure). My husband contacted Pool Guard and explained our situation and they shipped new poles to us the next day. The interesting part of this story is they were not the company that originally placed our fence around the pool but their customer service was MUCH better. The price plus shipping was very reasonable so I am writing this letter to say thanks for being prompt with your customer service. More and more people are starting to realize that service makes a company not marketing gimmicks.
